We feel it is very important to know each child individually in order to help him or her develop to the best of his or her ability. By providing comprehensive daily programs that combine several learning philosophies, your child is enabled to learn and develop at his own ability and pace.
Our staff is motivated and trained to create a program specific to your child’s individual needs. Staff and parents communicate to achieve the best possible education and care. Children develop creative problem solving skills and independent thinking through our High Scope/and Creative Curriculum, which focuses on active learning through play. In addition we have incorporated Teaching Strategies. the Colorado Assessment program for development for children birth-8 years. We are proud to be a accredited through NAEYC, as well as level 4 rated through Colorado Shines.
Each parent receives updates about their child’s activity throughout the day, including photos and videos, through the Tadpoles/teaching strategies app. This program offers a real time communication channel between our teachers and our families and generates a level of comfort and convenience for parents. We will hold parent teacher conferences so each parent understands where their child is developmentally, and will work with all parents to help foster the success of their children.
We accept and welcome all families regardless of race, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnic background. We provide care and education for infants at our Infant Centers. Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-K attend Growing Minds Learning Academy.

Our daughter, now 3, has been thriving at Growing Minds since she was 16 months old, on the 5 day per week schedule. We probably would have put her there earlier had the pandemic not occurred right around the time she was born. She’s learned so much here, including how to interact with other kids and teachers, new words, music, games and experiences. Most importantly, Growing Minds has provided a helpful structure to her day. It provides breakfast, lunch and a snack each day, and runs from 7:30am-5:30pm, which few if any other daycares in Boulder do. All of the staff and management have been super responsive to our needs and are full of good advice we’ve used at home. We’re grateful to have found this daycare and we know our daughter will be super ready for kindergarten when that day comes! Emil G.

My daughter has been attending for 2 years. Her teachers have been absolutely wonderful! All have been kind and caring, always looking out for what is best for my kid. They are very good at communicating her needs and I always look to them for advice. We will be sending our second daughter here also come October! Kaydence D.
